Refund & Shipping Policy – Nexa Printers LTD
At Nexa Printers LTD, we specialise in custom-made packaging products including boxes, labels, bags, and other paper-based packaging solutions. As all our products are manufactured based on individual customer requirements, this policy outlines our approach to refunds, replacements, and shipping.
1. Custom-Made Products
All orders placed with Nexa Printers LTD are fully customised according to the specifications approved by the customer (including size, material, design, and artwork). Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a fault on our side.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We take quality very seriously and aim to deliver products that meet your expectations.
If your order has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or production fault, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.
If your order is damaged during transit, we will also provide a full refund or replacement.
To process any claim:
You must notify us within 3–5 working days of receiving the order
Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided as evidence
Please note:
We are not responsible for errors in artwork or design that were approved by the customer before production
Minor variations in colour (due to printing processes) may occur and are not considered defects
3. Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, sizes, and specifications before production begins. Once approved, Nexa Printers LTD is not liable for any mistakes present in the approved files.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and location
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery
While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control
5. Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged:
Please report the issue within 3–5 working days
Provide clear images of the damaged packaging and outer cartons
Keep all packaging materials for inspection if required
